Login to your Cloud Control Panel and select from the menu: "Professional Services > Request a Quote". In the subsequent form, provide specific details in a support ticket that will give us all the information needed to complete the task. This information may include screenshots, images and color combinations. You may find screenshot and screen-capture tools such as Jing useful in conveying your needs. To provide an exact color to us, we recommend using a color tool such as Color Picker.
We will review your request and provide you a quote based on the hours required to complete the tasks. We may also require clarification on your requirements so we can provide a more accurate quote.
Upon acceptance of the quote and receipt of payment, we will complete the requested tasks. This typically takes between 24 and 72 hours depending on the request. We will then update the original ticket requesting you to review the completed task.
