CloudMail General Settings

There are many different devices and programs that can utilize POP or IMAP to download messages from CloudMail to your device or computer. Below you will find the general settings to be used when setting this up. Learn more about the difference between POP and IMAP.

Tip: You can always access your mail directly from the server by logging in at mail.cloudaccess.net

Setup CloudMail Using POP3

Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email password
Incoming Mail Server: mail.cloudaccess.net
Port: 110 (StartTLS) or 995 (With SSL)

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.cloudaccess.net
Port: 587 (StartTLS)
Outgoing server requires authentication

Setup CloudMail Using IMAP

Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email password
Incoming Mail Server: mail.cloudaccess.net
Port: 143 (StartTLS) or 993 (With SSL)

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.cloudaccess.net
Port: 587 (StartTLS)
Outgoing server requires authentication

 

Tip: If you are having trouble getting your device or email program to connect to CloudMail, you can test to ensure your account is created and working properly by logging into mail.cloudaccess.net.
