Biography
Paige is based in Cheboygan. She enjoys working with the customers and helping our clients achieve their goals. Her past experience with Customer Service and Web Development allows her to contribute to the exceptional Support that Cloudaccess.net offers. She is an artist, so when she is not on the job, you can find her sketching, drawing, sculpting and also likes gaming when she gets a chance. She is excited for the opportunity to attend future Wordpress and Joomla Day conferences, meet new people and learn even more about Joomla and Wordpress.
Joe
Platform Team Lead
Biography
Vu, nicknamed Joe, works remotely in Hanoi, Vietnam. Previously he worked as a remote backend developer for more than two years after finishing his Master of IT in UNSW, Sydney, Australia in 2014. He is a member of the Toptal Network, which gives him the distinction of being considered one of the top developers in the world. He specializes in full-stack, highly scalable Python-Django applications, with past experiences in Java and PHP. Joe sees joining the CloudAccess.net team as a great opportunity to level up his skills and experience in a multi-national and professional team. His passion is reading and learning. He also enjoys spending time with his family, especially with his adorable daughter.
Larisa
Cloud Support Engineer
Biography
Larisa Patel works out of CloudAccess.net India and completed a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Information Technology) from the L.J. Institute of Information Technology in Ahmedabad, India. She is CCNA certified and works as a Joomla and WordPress support specialist. She also provides a lot of the site sanitization services offered by CloudAccess.net and she loves her job. When not working, Larisa enjoys spending time with friends and family and listening to music.
Derek
Support Team Lead
Biography
Derek completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010 at the University of Szczecin in Szczecin, Poland where his focus of study was music and information technology education. Derek was introduced to Joomla a few months before graduation, joined the CloudAccess.net Poland team, and has become one of our most passionate support people. In his free time Derek enjoys reading and gaming, but his passion is music. Between 2012 and 2018 he was also the lead singer and bass player for a Polish heavy metal band, Headbanger. Derek is involved in the local Joomla User Group in Szczecin. Between 2017 and 2018, Derek was volunteering as a support specialist in the Joomla Extensions Directory, the official repository for Joomla extensions. Since 2020 Derek has joined the Joomla Volunteer Enangement Team and became the Support Team Lead for our CloudAccess.net support team, striving to focus on providing our team the best training possible and to uphold and improve the standard of support he and his colleagues worked hard to set for the past 10 years.
Clinton
Cloud Support Engineer
Biography
Clinton works out of our Traverse City office in beautiful northern Michigan. He is fresh to the industry but has dove right in - attending multiple conferences his first year with the company including JoomlaDay Florida. Clinton graduated from Central Michigan University in 2015 with a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance. He’s very excited to contribute to the community and the Cloudaccess.net team. In his spare time he enjoys working out, video games, fishing, hiking and anything of the competitive nature. Clinton's favorite aspects of working for Cloudaccess.net is the ability it’s given him to help people on a daily basis and being a part of the great community the company resides within.
Lucas
Cloud Support Engineer
Biography
Lucas works out of CloudAccess.net Poland and joined our team in 2010. He enjoys his work for three main reasons: 1) he is passionate about working with our clients and helping them resolve issues and he loves saving the day for a customer; 2) he appreciates our team a great deal and likes that he knows exactly where to go to get the right answer; and 3) he loves working with content management systems. Prior to working with CloudAccess.net, Lucas was a freelance IT specialist performing various tasks for different companies & individual clients. Lucas is in the process of completing a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and Technology Education at the University of Szczecin. In his spare time Lucas enjoys listening to music, cycling, and have fun with friends.

Chief Technology Officer
Biography
Pawel works remotely in Szczecin, Poland and has been with CloudAccess.net since 2011. He received a Masters Degree in Computer Science at West Pomeranian University of Technology in Poland in 2005. He enjoys his work a great deal because he is creating, building, and maintaining state-of-the-art servers and developing new services for CloudAccess.net. He is forward-thinking when constructing networks and services or when solving intricate tasks for customers. In his free time Pawel enjoys being outside, hiking, fishing, and breathing fresh air.
Kris
Systems Engineer
Biography
Kris works out of Szczecin, Poland office. Before joining CloudAccess.net Poland in 2011, Kris was an IT Technician and small network administrator. He enjoys his work because of the diversity of the people he meets everyday. He enjoys seeing other people happy by resolving issues they experience, even if the task is a simple one. Kris became a certified IT Technician after completing a postgraduate course of study at the Delta Technical Institute in Szczecin, Poland in 2002. In his spare time Kris enjoys listening to music and playing his guitar. He also enjoys cycling and playing European football.

Biography
Trang works remotely in Hanoi, Vietnam. He is a reliable and self motivated web developer - his exceptional work flow, skills, creativity and understanding of change requests made the project grow very fast. Trang is ready to deal with difficult situations and solve the problems on time. After ten years experience with many well-known frameworks, PHP is in his blood now. To him, working is relaxing.
Igor
Chief Operating Officer
Biography
Based out of our Szczecin, Poland office since 2010, Igor solves problems throughout our entire platform by collaborating with every team within the company. Igor is very much a product manager and data analyst. He monitors the way CloudAccess.net clients use products and receive services and is very active with marketing and communications. Igor has always enjoyed visiting new places, meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and sampling foods (a bit excessive at times) from other countries. Igor has also received a BA in English.
Iwona
Front-End Dev / Project Manager
Biography
Iwona works in our Szczecin, Poland office and is primarily responsible for template development and support, but she is also part of our Professional Services team that develops custom websites for our clientele. Iwona received a Masters Degree in Computer Science at West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. She enjoys her work because she is a natural problem solver and has the ability to pay close attention to intricate details. Furthermore, she loves the positive atmosphere within the company and learning new concepts every day. When she’s not developing sites you can find Iwona hanging out with her friends, listening to music, reading technical journals, or watching CSI.
Janis

Biography
Working from the CloudAccess.net Poland office, Janis is a Cloud Support Engineer but looks to branch out and join other teams within the company. Prior to his work with us, Janis worked as a customer service specialist for Microsoft. Janis finds that CloudAccess.net has a friendly atmosphere and that everyone here is very supportive. Janis is Polish, lives in Police, Poland, and is of Greek descent. In his free time Janis enjoys reading Umberto Eco books, listening to music and playing basketball.
Jonathan

Biography
Jonathan grew up a small town in Northern Michigan and spent a lot of his early years sailing, playing music and travelling. His interests both in and out of the classroom were focused on computers, robotics and many other techno shenanigans. For a decade Jonathan has been working on the web and sharpening his skills. He is known as a jack-of-all-trades and possess the required knowledge to both foster and lead the various CloudAccess.net teams.
Dmitry
Platform Engineer
Biography
Dmitry has been with CloudAccess.net since May of 2011. His work centers around the creation and maintenance of Apache Modules, developing and fixing platform scripts, and tending to the administration of the CloudAccess.net servers. Dmitry works remotely in Chisinau, Moldova, and received a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Moldova State University in 2009. He has also received basic Cisco training and is working towards his certification. Dmitry loves his work because of the adrenaline rush he feels when he resolves a big issue that affects a lot of clients. He also enjoys envisioning applications and how all the parts integrate. Prior to working with us, Dim created a variety of Windows and Linux-based applications that were mostly hardware-related. In his spare time, Dim enjoys practicing martial arts, being outside, and restoring classic Saab automobiles.

Biography
Pawel is a self-taught graphic artist and has been with the company since the beginning. All of the beautiful artwork on our site and in our Cloud Control Panel was created by Pawel. Prior to his work with CloudAccess.net, Pawel cooperated with various interactive agencies as a graphic artist. Pawel helped to develop the CloudAccess.net office in Szczecin, Poland. He enjoys his work a great deal because he loves to design new things that others will see and use. To him, it’s exciting to think that somewhere in the world people are using his business card, website, or logo designs. In his free time, Pawel enjoys gaming and spending time with his fiancée. Pawel is also a member of the Joomla Extensions Directory (JED) team.
