Modify Individual User Spam Filtering

Each individual user account within CloudMail has the ability to adjust spam filter settings. This is necessary when you are seeing too many legitimate emails go into your spam inbox, or visa-versa. In order to modify this to increase or decrease the amount of emails that are flagged as spam, simply log into your CloudMail account and select the following menu items starting from the left side of the screen: Settings > Filtering > Spam Filtering. Under the "Options" tab, select the "Override spam settings for this account." This overrides the default settings that are set for the entire domain.
