Locating your EPP Code

The EPP Code is an authentication code required for transferring a domain name. It is a security measure, ensuring that only the domain name owner can transfer a domain name. This article explains how to access your EPP Code, something you'll need to do in order to transfer the domain to another registrar.

First, log into your Cloud Control Panel™(CCP), and click on the "Domains" tab beneath "Your Products". Then, click on the manage button for the domain name that you'd like to work with.

On the next page, click on the "Manage" icon.

On the "Information" page for that domain, click on the "Get EPP Code" tab.

Once you click that tab, our system will automatically email you your EPP code. If you do not receive the email, please double check that your contact information is correct under "My Details" in your CCP and repeat the process.
