For many reasons, the clients which you develop websites may prefer to keep their sites under their own CloudAccess.net accounts instead of yours. With that in mind, we have created a feature that will easily allow your client to give you access to the sites you will develop on their behalf. First, they will need to go to My Account -> My Details and add your email address in the “I work with a developer” field.

That will create a subaccount for you. They will have the option to either give you access to all their sites or none at the moment, with the option to give you access to specific sites in the subaccount view. Please bear in mind that new sites won’t be added automatically - if the client purchase an additional site, they will need to add this site for you in the subaccount view manually.
Once that has been done, you can access the subaccounts that have been added for you (you can develop sites for more than one client using the same email address) under My Details -> Alternate accounts.

By default, you will be given all the permissions you require to access the site’s Cloud Control Panel features like the File Explorer or PHPMyAdmin, submit tickets for this site, manage its domain settings and so on. If you require further permissions, they will need to be added in the subaccount view.

If you have existing clients outside of our hosting which you would like to bring to our platform, you can tell them to just register their own CloudAccess.net account as per this article which will already give them the option to point to you as their developer and link both accounts as described in the above tutorial.
