Customer Support Technician

CloudAccess.net is an international web hosting company with 22 team members and 10,000+ clients from around the world. Support Engineers provide hosting and application support for the Joomla and WordPress Content Management Systems. Daily tasks include helping clients with their websites, billing and hosting related issues through tickets, chat or phone calls. Support Engineers creatively and actively solve problems with other talented team members in a fast-paced, innovative tech company.

The selected candidates are expected to be punctual and ready to put in solid effort each day. This position includes generous paid time off and part-time telecommuting benefits. Some night/weekend work will be required. 

Necessary Qualifications

  • Superb customer service skills, including patience, understanding, sense of humor and an overall sunny disposition
  • At least some baseline knowledge of the internet, websites, hosting and how they relate to one another. We provide training for this position. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Bonus Qualifications

  • Existing knowledge of Joomla, WordPress FTP, DNS, HTTPS, SSL, IMAP and related items

Salary based on existing skillset, required training and overall performance
